Cassandra C. Dymon is a results-driven commercial real estate broker and Director at Urban Pulse, bringing nearly two decades of experience across the Metro Atlanta market. Known for her execution-focused approach, Cassandra has built a reputation for transforming real estate concepts into high-performing assets, guiding projects from acquisition through stabilization and long-term profitability.

Since beginning her career in 2008, Cassandra has developed deep expertise across the full real estate lifecycle, including multifamily investment sales, commercial brokerage, project management, property operations, and short-term rental strategy. Her ability to operate across these interconnected disciplines allows her to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions that maximize value for investors, developers, and property owners.

Prior to joining Urban Pulse, Cassandra served as President and CEO of Realm Asset Management, LLC and The Dym Group, LLC, where she led complex deal structuring, oversaw value-add construction projects, and managed diverse real estate portfolios. Her leadership consistently drove revenue growth, operational efficiency, and asset appreciation across a wide range of property types.

At Urban Pulse, Cassandra plays a key role in expanding the firm’s commercial real estate platform, specializing in multifamily and investment-focused transactions. Cassandra holds a Bachelor’s degree from Union County College and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia. She is also a certified commercial real estate professional and an active REALTOR®.
